This collection of letter openers provides a hugely practical gift and completely unique and most of all, personalized to from 15 groomsmen to 50 guests we can help your wedding day memorable.

 

 

As red is a traditional color for weddings in India, we were thrilled to get matching pieces of padouk for this project. 

 

 

 

This font "Cezanne" was brought in by our bride to match her wedding invitations.  If you prefer a classic script or Runes, we can use it on your groomsmen gifts.

Wedding Brushes for the BIG Day!

Groomsmen gifts' of Shaving Brushes

Custom Made Badger Brushes Made to surprise and delight the Wedding attendants.

We have been working on shave brushes for a large wedding night and day for a customer who is giving the brushes to his groomsmen (and some other significant people) ;)

We were very lucky to have such a great customer.  He had great ideas and excellent taste.  Above all our communication was perfect.  We wish him every bit of happiness with his bride for a long and happy and healthy life together. 

In the beginning, there was a few emails back and forth to get the font and the monograms just right.  One other consideration was those recipients who had 4 names instead of three.  Monograms are largely by what you prefer (no more hard and fast RULES of monograming).  In the picture below the handles are drying after their layers of varnish.

Here are the finished brushes with Pure Badger Knots.  We are so delighted with the way they came out.  They are all individually shrink wrapped in gift boxes.

Weddings and Shaving and Groomsmen gifts: Badger to the Rescue

We have been working lickety split on a groomsmen gifts for a wonderful wedding in October. 

Our groom chose the style he liked and we made ten.  In the photo below we were dry fitting some of the badger knots. 

 

The Groom chose the font and style for the engraving and we have finally got to the finishing phases.  Here they are in the drying oven.  An oven light works beautifully to raise the temperature to about 90F.  That way there is air movement out of the oven into the kitchen and the marine varnish dries without the fear of lint in the finish.  Lint in the finish is the bane of my life. 

 

The next photos will be the brush with the knot sets and ready to go to the groom for the groomsmen presents.
